Submersible Pump for Diamond Crawler Debmarine Namibia
Debmarine Namibia has awarded us with an innovative and all new submersible pump unit to fit their latest design of marine diamond recovery tool, the crawler.
The pump unit consists of IHC’s QuaZar pump with Curve® technology. This innovative design will enable Debmarine Namibia to increase the particle size of the gravel pumped to the vessel on the surface for further processing. The crawler will work at a depth of 160 metres, off the coast of Namibia where high-quality diamonds are recovered.
With this new equipment Debmarine Namibia can continue to strengthen their role as recognised world leader in marine diamond exploration and recovery.
